I kept getting calls from this number showing Kearney NJ, so I decided to answer it. The caller said he was calling on behalf of some firefighter association. I told him to put me on their Do Not Call List. To say he was unhappy would be an understatement. I'd say at best this is a professional fundraising organization who keeps most of the money or at worst a scam.
keeps calling me day after day. I called back once and girl just said 'hello'. It's no one I know and she didn't say she was with a company so I hung up.
Thanks for answering it, Dave. Now I know I won't be tempted! These people along with the police association that keeps calling drives me crazy. A new NJ number appeared tonight, likely the same folks...
