This is a spam caller. I've a huge volume of them in the past week, all related to "reducing electricity costs".

same recorded call but this time with a male voice, not the usual female "Rachael". These people are just plain scum.

Calls repeatedly almost every day, waits for several rings. Listed as "member services"...for what who knows. Morons.
