Who called from 2012839663

Okay question.  Does anyone know if we get charged by answering these spoofed calls?  So far I keep checking my cell phone bill.  Someone told me don't answer number if don't know.

I received a call from this number also, I didn't answer and fortunately I can add the number to my call reject list on my phone.

No Message, tried calling back from another number and call won't complete.

I too got a call from this #. I think it is a loan operation, the automated voice was asking if I still had any payday loans (I've never had such a loan) When I called back, got the hold music, and saying your call is very important to us, and after about 6 min. says goodbye and hangs up.
