I called them back, pressed 1 to speak with a customer service rep to see who they are. Of course it was an automated machine to leave a message.

Called my work issued cell phone twice, back-to-back.  No message.

Received a call at 2:45 central time. A voicemail was left, but didn't mention a company. The message said that if I allow them to plant a tree in my yard they'll install a free security system.
