Who called from 2012839793

Been calling three or four times a day.  I have the number blocked so it never really rings though.  Don't have any idea who this is and they will never be able to talk with me.  I don't answer any call that I don't know who it is or if they don't leave a message.  

They call and do not leave a msg

I got a call and they wanted to confirm if I had applied for credit card

Called twice now. refuse to answer.

They have been calling non-stop. They didn't leave a message and so I don't answer a call I don't recognize.
