there is a new scam going around where all they want you to say is "YES". They record your voice saying this and then they go to town opening card, charging things, etc. . So say anything but "yes"
Don't say anything. They can take portions of words and manufacture them into new words, phrases, anything they want. They will then call you back and play back recordings of yourself saying you owe the jerk money and agreed to pay. These people are relentless.
