called 8PM tonight. Did not answer. No message was left. **8PM? Seriously??

call says program & hangs up. what the heck is that.

Received call...blew a LOUD whistle into phone. No more calls... number is blocked.

Same as RLB.  I picked up and a recording said something about recent legislation that would allow me to lower my utility bill.  I hung up at that point so I don't know the rest.

Saw call on cell phone and ignored. No message on VM. Researched 800Notes and set it as contact 'Junk by 8 C Notes' plus an identifier (Bayonne). So next time I will see ' Junk by 8 C Notes Bayonne' on caller id.
Be aware that usually the comments here about calls are correct but one time I found that a number that likely had been junk in the past was no longer junk (it had gotten assigned to a legitimate enterprise).
