Call to a cellphone.  Presumed telemarketer.

I joke around a lot on here but 800 notes is hands down THE best reference for scam calls and telemarketers. DoNotCall list? Government nonsense. This site is world's better. (That really is a compliment)

Totally agree. It's my go-to site with no BS, just lots of useful user feedback. Almost without fail, anytime I get a call from a suspect number, I can find several user postings for those numbers here on 800notes.
