I'm all for Solar, but not with cold calls which are completely against the law (calling people on DNC list) looking to rip you off. Thanks to everyone for posting their experiences with these scammers. Not sure why there isn't a crack down on this nonsense. I know once in a while they bring down the big crime rings (the fake IRS calls), but there really needs to be more enforcement. And if it's not going to start with the Feds, then the phone companies need to step in. Sure, they'll sell you a service (like Century Link does), but blocking 25 numbers (one such service) is the equivalent of a needle in haystack.
I'm with you on 800Notes being my go-to for spotting spam calls. None of the other ones touch it. Many thanks to all of you who contribute.
Same caller number you've all gotten, this time CID says CLEAN ENERGY. Sounds like yet another solar spammer.
