Funny how I put my number for a do not contact list by the .gov website and now I am getting a ton of unsolicited phonecalls. I am almost to the point of changing my phone number. Another number on the block list.
Caller ID came up as from Bayonne, NJ. It's some solar energy company. The robocaller's name was "Steve". Asked "Steve" if he was a robot and he laughed and said, no, I'm just calling over a computer. I have to say I'm impressed, they actually recorded someone shuffling around papers after I asked this question - nice touch. And then I asked who is the Pres. of the US and "Steve" replied: that's a good question, let me connect you with one of our solar representatives. LOL!! Thank god for this 800notes website. Love messing around with these telemarketers when they call - it's like a game.
