Rang 3 times then hung up

Called @ 7:40 p  EST
did not answer, no message left.
I get these calls, different numbers, every evening between 7:20p and 8p

Robo offering to lower your electric bill nonsense.
I just kept repeating the words of the recording, as it said them, then they just disconnected.
Ha! You can make a robo pissed-off!

Got a call from this number on 10/9/15. They left a message on machine about lowering electric bill. Caller ID: Unknown Name.
