I like to screw with excrement licking bottom feeders. I answer the female voice sounded American, asked to speak with Mr. Ranger. I cursed her out. I called a [***] and told don't call here again. I said do you hear me? Call me again I will personally kick your behind, you female dog.
I called the number back and got a recording saying that number was no longer in service. Likely, someone is making telemarketing calls or robo calls and they are spoofing this number so you can't call them back to tell them to stop calling. Especially if they have an indian accent as some other posts noted. Probably an overseas VOIP scammer.
1st time recvn' call from this #, Im sure it wont be the last..caller ID said "HOME"......yep I was , didnt answer and no mess. left..Thanks to everyone here for your info........
