Just filed a complaint with the FCC. One of my friends almost fell for this a few months ago. Luckly her husband researched online while she was on the call. This type of scam focus on fear, intimidation and ignorance of how the IRS works. They need to be stopped.
Left a message this am threatening law suit from the IRS. This is a known scam, IRS doesn't contact people by phone and no lawsuit notification can be done via phone call.
