They keeping calling me and not leaving a message. Can't call back. I think that it is the Net 10 phone company running up Net 10 phone customer bills.
Pretty much the same story as all these other reports. I have never answered the phone, I just let the answering machine pick up. They never leave a message, however sometimes you can hear noise in the background that sounds like a call center or something. I have recently been job hunting on the computer, so maybe that has something to do with these annoying calls. They also call from other #'s with the same 201 area code. Recently my caller ID reads Broadvoice, whatever that is...
I called the Closter Police Department and could tell that it wasn't the first complaint about calls from 201-297-0394. I was instructed to go to my local police department and lodge a formal complaint. The Closter Police took the information but said unless I filed with my local police department, some 400 miles from Closter, they could not do anything!

For the past few weeks I've been getting calls from 201-297-0394. I don't recognize the number so I never answered. Today after being tired of getting this call I decided to call the number back. The mailbox is full and it doesn't announce a company name or anything.
I was also getting calls from this number. Call your phone service provider and ask them to block the number. I'm not sure if this can be done for land lines, but I was getting the calls on my Verizon cell phone and Verizon allows you to block up to 5 phone numbers for free.
It is from a website that I might have gave information to when I was looking for a job. It is a work-from-home site. Unfortunately, when you tell them to put your name on the do-not-call list, they hang up on you. I have received about 20 calls a day for the past 2 weeks. They start around 9 in the morning and end 12 hours later that night.
