Automated call with a British accented announcement informing me they had a very important message and that I should continue to hold, which I did for almost 2 minutes while the same British babe assured me that my call was VERY IMPORTANT and that someone would be with me shortly.
Finally, a young lady did come on the line. She wanted to speak with someone in the house and demanded I put her on immediately. I refused and told her the conversation was starting out on very poor footing and that any display of a rude attitude would certainly not help her achieve her requested goal. She continued, disrespectfully and with a condescending tone so I informed her that "we" had apparently not made any further progress with regard to my request. I told her to work on her anger management issues as well as customer handling techniques and invited her to call again after she had worked through those issues. With that, I wished her a pleasant morning and hung-up.
