This is clearly a scam. Do not give them any personal information! The caller, a woman, said she was from Rx Pharmacy Services, calling about benefits for a topical pain relief gel, and she needed some information from me. "Are you still at ____ address?" (She named my correct address, as a way to draw me in and get me to say more.) I work in a medical profession and I immediately sensed something was up. I said, "Who is this gel for?" She answered, "HIPAA laws prevent me from answering that until I get more information." At this point I said, "This call is clearly not legit. I am not giving you any information," and she hung up. I can see how people might get drawn in by this, especially if you assume the drug is for some other family member.
