They've been calling and not leaving msgs, callling on my cell phone, quite annoying as I cannot set up call block on my cell phone. If it continues I'm going to send them cease and desist letter as recomended, talk to them only by mail, which is to say not at all

A friend of mine said if you ever bought anything from Dell and couldn't pay them that this was a collectiom agency for dell.I just unpluged my phone.When I need to make a call I plug it up.My friend said its just a collection agency and forget about it cause they can't do anythjing to you.
Im pretty sure i know what this is about and i also know that it is a collection agency they call and leave no message or if i answer no one will be on the other line so i dont even bother any more but they call my phone once every few weeks.
