I get calls from this number 2/3 times a day they never leave a message and when I call the number all it does is ring. My daughter answered the phone when she was on holiday and they would not identify themselves. She was very scared because she is 16 and has had problems with this, we located the address and after a phone call from an Officer we no longer had that problem. However this number will ask questions she refused to answer due to their not identifying themselves. She told the party they had the wrong number. What concerns me most is they call and leave no message and when the number is called back there is no answer.
That's the spirit.....there is not much these debt collectors can do, other than harrass and threaten. And if you can get them in writing or on tape doing this, you can sue them.
I called the number. The recording says it's "State Farm", but it's clearly another sleazy effort by MRS to track people down.
I sent an email to State Farm informing them of this clearly illegal effort by MRS. I think State Farm, which spends hundreds of millions of dollars promoting it's products, might take issue with this.
