This company is ARS. They work with HSBC. he are a 3rd party collector that buyh acounts from other debt collectors. They immediately say "refusal to pay" even if u question the validity of the debt. They continue to harrass you on the phone even after being sent a do not call letter.
This could possibly be another number for Portfolio Recovery Service, a zombie debt collector. They seem to have an infinite amount of phone numbers and they also frequently use machines to robo call people and these don't leave messages.
I just received a message from this # at my place of employment. The guy talked so fast I had to listen to 4 times just to get the #; the # he left was 888-678-9004 ext 242. i got the 201# off the caller ID.
He didn't leave the name of the company so I do not return these calls.
