I called this number back after 3 calls from them without a message today and asked what number they had called. They confirmed my name and address and then said they were a debt collector and wanted me to give them my credit card information about a hospital bill I already gave payment information for over the phone back in the winter time. He continued to be so persistent when I said I was not comfortable givng payment info over the phone for this again ... said no record of any payment and hospital wouldn't tell me anything different than he was ... that I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. When I asked to speak with whoever his boss was, then, he said he was the boss. I told him he would not be getting my credit card info over the phone and he said he didn't know me from anybody and I said I didn't know him either and if he wouldn't allow me to speak to another person that was good enough reason for me to not give him my credit card information and hung up. When I looked up Capio Partners online and called their 800#, they said they couldn't find my account by either of my phone numbers and didn't even recognize the number I had been called from.
