calls to my cell phone.

Very aggressive - caller first asked for voicemail, then spoke directly with me, caller insisted that he knew me, obviously was reading my CV online, and repeatedly called me and as the calls kept coming, the aggression increased to ending with a voicemail with "I love you" and repeated demands for a meeting and a meeeting in a hotel.

They never leave a message and called as late as 8:30p.  I also believe it is a recruiter as one did actually leave a message a few weeks ago and the area code was 201. The VM I received was so difficult to understand (poor english) that I never bothered to call back.  Who can work with a recruiter that can barely speak English!
