I recived a call from this number today 9/26/2007. Just got two rings and displayed as a missed call. When I called the same number, it went to a voice message asking to leave a message for # 1112311... etc(some big numebr, usaully I never heard that size mail box number). I don't even remember.
Received a phonecall from this number on 7/16/07. They left no voicemail, so I called them back. I wasn't able to get ahold of a person, but the recorded message says that this was "Cap Technologies Inc". Sounds like a telemarketer, but since I wasn't able to get ahold of a person, I have no idea.
It is from a company called CAT Technologys (www.catamerica.com or www.cattechnologies.com) They are a recruiting agency and probably got your number from any of the various job websites like Monster or Dice. They just contacted me through email and telephone to notify me of a position in my area that I might be interested in.
