Suspect this is a call back scam. They ring once hoping you call the number out of curiosity. Probably stick you will high long distance charges somehow.

These LOWLIFE LOSERS  called me a while ago nonstop and they didn't bother leaving a voice mail!

This number called my cell phone, it rang once and they hung up.
