Who called from 2013126418

I keep getting a call from this number but they keep hanging up? Any clue as to who it is?

Wants to give me a 'rewards card' - scam

This number will call you and tell you that they are from the IRS and that you will receive a grant from the government for $9000 and they will give you another number to call and verify.  They have a heavy Indian accent and they are relentless!  If you don't answer they will not stop, I've cussed them a few times.  Total scam!

Called and hung up.

Called, rang once, hung up before I answered.
