I have do not call on my phone and some how these calls still come through

Please do a web search on the 'Do not call list'. Read what it is, and what it isn't. Be aware that you are being called by foreign/domestic criminals, who want to steal your personal/financial information, and do not care about any laws.

No message, but called my *cell* phone.  Jerks.
