Who called from 2013161660

Me too. ... seems to be scam.   Called multiple times.

This number called late at night. When I did not pick up, female with broken English left message: "call back and identify your self."

If you don't want to be continuously bounded by this number DON'T ANSWER THIS NUMBER.  I ended up blocking the number but still calls about 4 times a day due to caller ID I CONTINUE TO IGNORE.  I think once they know its a good number they don't give up.

I received a call and didn't answer, called back and it said it wasn't a valid number... How does that happen?

They call all the time. I block the call and they call from another number
