These people keep calling here to access my computer to correct a Microsoft problem.  They have called probably at least 35 times, asking for my sister who stayed with us for awhile. Tonight they didn't ask for anyone.  When I asked how they knew it was MY computer that was downloading all these trojans, viruses, bots, etc., the fellow got his supervisor.  I asked the supervisor the same question and he said he knew because I was (my sister's name).  I said I was not.  Then he gave my e-mail address, but got that wrong.  I have told them every time to stop calling me.  They simply will not give up.  We get a call on an average of once or twice a month from them.  Is there NO way to stop them?
