It is illegal to call after 9 pm. Sign up for the National Do Not Call List & report them. Also ROBOCALLING every few minutes ia illegal. Your number is placed on automatic dialer and it just doesn't end.
This is a new scam that you can see on ther FBI website called a TDoS - telecommunication denial of service. The company is Grant Club Gold in Hackensack, NJ. They continually call you because they are trying to keep your bank from calling you to verify suspicious activity on your account by them. When you start to receive the calls, they already have your info. Check the fbi website.
