To stop these calls you have to #1 register your number with the national do not call list. #2 tell them you are on the National Do not call list and that you are recording every time they call and if it continues you will file official charges. #3 follow though. That is how I have had to do it.
I am getting calls from multiple numbers due to an inquiry I made on line seeking health insurance information. I did not realize I would be bombarded by phone calls. I cannot give a company name because I work nights and the calls came in while I was sleeping. 50 something calls day before yesterday and 75 calls yesterday. As some of you said when filling out for healthcare insurance all these different agents call. This number particularly just called and said my name, I said yes, he said: ____ out of control. I know what I heard for the first word but would start some type of trouble im sure since I would be accused of something against others. yes all that political correct bs.
So I guess I need to find out if they are selling our names on this obamacare list.
