This has happened to my son on two separate occasions.. He was getting 6 to 8 calls per hour. Did all the things you did. My husband even got an actual real person, used the f-bomb several times and it stopped for about 2 months. Started back up again a few days ago and I called verizon and they put a block on my sons phone for this number. This block is effective until May..
I have gotten over 20 calls from them --what happens now is they call it rings 1 or 2 times and hangs up --i have att and just now they called and hung up -i have a feature on my phone to reject # --which i just discovered -i added this friggen 3 to it ---HOPE IT WORKS !!!!!
