You know, the last time they called me, I saw what # it was and I answered with (very strong Chineese accent) "Herro, this is Charle Chang's resturant, slimp-fried-rice on special, order quick please, I very busy now"!!!!!!!!!! Pretty funny, they hung up!! I guess he dosen't like shrimp fried rice!!!!!!!!! lol,lol
They called me 8 times in one day and I told them if they continue I wil press hurassment charges and they quit. Until the next day! They cant even pronounce the name correctly!!!
Sorry to hear so many, many of you folks are getting the same calls I do. What it boils down to is (at keast in my case) whenever I sign up to receive a free sample of something I am always required to fill out a bit of info i.e. Where to send the sample. Most of the time a verifiable phone # is required.
So, whenever you fill out a form, don't list your real #.
Again, this had started after being suckered into filling out a form which states that I won a free gift card. Anytime a person wins something there should NOT be any monies requested from you. Either you won or you didn't.
I've heard/read of this scam so many times and have yet to hear of someone receiving their gift card.
DO NOT EVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR CC INFO. Again, if this were a legit offer you should not have to send any monies up front.
