Keep calling, but when you answer, there is no one on the line.  Begining to be a real pain in the [***].

I've been getting these calls too.  I'm going to ask the phone company to block their calls. I'm not sure if they can do it, but it's something to try.  Also, There is a toll free number for complaints that I got from the American Home Owners Association
