Con man using this Pinger VOIP telephone number and [email protected] is trying to dupe travel agents with bad credit cards.  He's also probably the con man using Pinger VOIP telephone number 330-776-5863 and [email protected] as well.

Caller to the agency used this telephone and [email protected] and claimed to be from a college in Maryland.  Total fraud!
