This is a number if anyone had ordered something out of the country. Its a service that double checks the charges before they apply to your credit/debit account. You would have to order something either overseas or out of country. They dont just call out of the blue. You posted your number somewhere or somehow. But once they have your number they will keep calling. Your best bet is to answer it and tell them you canceled that order. They will stop.
I've been getting calls from this number for years. Also unwanted emails ever since my account was hacked after buying Viagra online. They have all my personal info, phone no., email, credit card, address. I think they sell stolen info to any willing scammers they can. I've had several nos. blocked but they have a large group of nos. they call from and they all can't be blocked. We're screwed.
