Who called from 2013402125

No one answered.  I get several calls per day.  I am tired of it!

They call.  I answer.  Nothing is said.  They hang up.
-OR-
They call. I don't answer.  They leave a blank 5 second message.

They call here about once or twice a day. Nothing is ever said to me, either when I answer or when they get the voice mail. Very frustrating.

THEY LEFT A MESSAGE WHICH WAS GARBLED AND IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THEY WERE SAYING. THIS LASTED ABOUT 15 SECONDS THEN THERE WAS A LOT OF WHITE NOISE. FINALLY, THEY HUNG-UP.

Well they called too but I wasn't around to pick up. Later seeing this missed call and tried it, it rang w/o answering for like a minute, then a message was about to start and the party hung up
