no microwave for this weekend and this is the super bowl no way to heat my food I have 25-30 people and cold food hope you have a good one. I purchased this 08/15/2012 and it went out 01/28/2013 you can have this mess my mother has one about 20yrs. old the one i had before this was about 12-14yrs both my girls have one both my sisters we all have panasonic but you bet after this I won't because I see on line how people have this problem over and over this is ashame I have to serve cold food but I will tell every body that is here so that they will be mindful.Even my church will know how you dispointed me so think you 404-444-6120
