The location said Hackensack, I answered and he asked if this was the home owner, I told him this is not a home phone number and he hung up.
For those of you who wonder why some people answer, I do because I am a Realtor and constantly get calls from numbers I do not know. Not everyone will leave a message even if they do need to speak with me, if I don't answer sometimes I will miss something important when they don't leave a message, it does happen. Some people just don't think to leave a message no matter home important.
Don't answer when I don't recognize the number. I am so tired of being bothered by the likes of these good for nothing crooks. With all the technology that is available today you would think that something could be done to prevent these calls. There are too many that can be taken in by them, but I am not one of them! I just want them to stop bothering me.
Why do you sheeple answer these bogus calls??? Now that the scammers know your phone number is good, you'll be getting a lot of calls from other telescammers.
NEVER EVER answer a call from a number you don't recognize. Let it go to the answering machine and if it is legitimate they will leave a message.
If no one would answer these calls they would stop calling!! And the phone companies should be forced to filter out and stop calls from bogus area codes (101??? yeah right) like this one..........
