Who called from 2013517880

I just got this number and haven't really used it for much other than family. So, I am sure (well I am hoping its for the previous owner of the number). Thank you everyone for sharing.

A new day, a new IRS scammer. Call was automatically blocked as a robo caller/unsafe caller. CID: Debt Relief.

Received a call on my cell phone, no message. I owe a lot of money, including to the irs, so the rest of the notes on this make sense.

Called from Union City, NJ according to Caller ID.  Didn't answer the phone and they left no voice-mail. Must not have been very important not to leave a message?
