I called bk that number an got a recording saying it was a Julie.I then hit number 1 an got a guy who didnt talk very well in english. I asked to talk to this Julie person. Well come to find out there is no Julie. 1st I was told Julie isn't in. I asked when she would be an then I got told that there is no Julie. Its a made up person. So I hung up. Its a scam it sound like to me.
my cellphone rang once and stopped....it was from this number. If, from reading the above posts my number has been either stolen or sold, if it makes any difference, I just closed an account with HigherOne today and they are ridiculously stupid. This is an account I thought I had to have in order to receive a scholarship via my local community college, turns out it was not necessary, and they ended up taking my balance little by little with this fee or that fee, ended up with $2.36 left.
