These are mortgage creepers that harass people most likely on an automatic dialer. Generally, they won't say anything or let the phone ring three or four times. I will block the number but I'm certain they have an arsenal of numbers to carry out their harassing, annoying daily habits. They are calling my cell phone day and night.

Have received 20+ calls and no message is left.

They call night and day.  Indian/South Asian accent so you know they are cheaters.  caller hanger up.
