Who called from 2013672172

Called just now at 9:57AM EST. Rang twice and hung up.  Maybe this is related to those 1 ring scams where you get charged when you call back.  Here's some info on that.  http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/one-ring-cel ... ing-your-wallet.

Clearly this is some kind of scam if so many people are reporting the same experience.

It's a VoIP from Closter, NJ. Private number.
