TOTAL DEBT SCAMMERS. National Lititgation called from a local number with message to call back to 201-371-1574. I called back the number that called me asked what this was about all they wanted to do was get me to verify personal information over the phone. I explained to them that I have already reported them to the FTC they replied that's fine and hung up. So I called back 10 times a couple of times they answered. I asked for a supervisor and got put on hold then disconnected. I asked for a company name and got "don't call our office anymore!". A few times they just answered and said nothing and hung up. They are full of [***] I will be reporting them again to the FTC. I just don't understand why people won't go find honest work that doesn't involve them victimizing hard working people. They are scum that should be in jail!
They used a spoofed local number to call. Left a voicemail claiming that they are filing a formal complaint, etc. Instruction to call 201-371-1574 with a claim number.
The call was for a former employee and the message was there are going to be "filings" for "several matters". The even went so far as to give a claim number. I work for the US Government and we get these calls here too!
I got a call from this number stating I am gonna get sued for some kinda payday loan. I told they lady that I've never ever had a payday loan. She couldnt give me any info at all.She told me that they would get the mone and hung up on me.
