Got call from number saying I won pch 5.5 million and car told me to send 138.00 by Western union do I can collect  my prize

This is a scam.  If you send them the money they will steal it.  They may 'phone you again asking for more money for something like taxes or courier costs and it you do as they ask they will steal that money as well.  There is no prize.  Think about it.  If you have won a prize you do not have to give money to get it.

Did they ask for ur address and stuff..

They sent it to me on Facebook messager wanting me to send 500.00

The newest scam is pretending to be Freddy Dodge is the show Gold Rush. They want money in advance to cover taxes on a large prize pack from the show.
