Who called from 2013748226

Caller alleged to be from American Express.  They then said that maybe they had gotten a wrong number but they insisted that they were American Express.  Caller said his name was Bill Hower.  I called American Express and asked them if 201-374-8226 was one of their numbers and if they had an employee anywhere in the world named Bill Hower.  They reported that it was not one of their numbers and that they did not have an employee named Bill Hower.  This is some kind of scam or some bottom-feeding scum trying to work a scam.

this number calls multiple times a day and when i answer no one replies. they keep waking up my newborn. also when i tried to call back it says it is a disconnected number.

This number calls my work phone and never leaves a message.

This number appears on my caller ID all the time...I happen to be home from work early to actually pick up the call, and like "frustrated!!" I also did not get a reply. (Smh)
