Who called from 2013827291

I answered the phone, there was silence.   The call ended almost immediately.

got a call from 201-382-7291 did not leave a message, called back and recording stating number not in service

I answered these ppl who keep calling my cell phone, automated voice saying this is "Elizabeth White" and went on to talk about solar panels..I couldn't get to a live agent to tell them to stop calling.

Called and did not leave message.

Called but I missed it - they didn't leave a msg. I call back and number not in service? Hmm.
