This is NOT comcast. They may say they are but do not trust them. I called comcast at the number on my BILL and they said they do not make calls from a call center in NJ soooooo BLOCK!
This is a real comcast rep. They called me today and informed me my promotion on my acct expired and wanted to offer me a new one. I called comcast later that day and they did verify where the new promotion was applied to my account.
They have been calling me for the past 3 days in a row at different times. No messages have been left and that tells me that it is clearly not that important. They are being blocked.
Got a call from this number. Didn't recognize it, so I declined the call. They left no voice mail. If they wanted to talk to me, they would have left a message. Comcast has always left me messages. So, I think maybe it was a scam call.
