I have repeated received multiple calls on my cell phone from this number. Each time they inform me that it is "card services" and that this is the "last time" that I will be called. It is likely that a legitimate caller would identify themselves better (e.g. "This is Citibank Card Services. or "This is Bank of America Card Services".
