I have received 3 calls in the past couple hours. I answered the first one and it was a woman with a foreign accent. It was difficult to hear but she also was talking about schooling, that I was interested in going back to school, and she was calling to provide information to get me set up. I told her I wasn't interested but she kept trying to feed me info. I have noted in my cell not to answer as it is a telemarketer. I too am on the donotcall.gov list. I normally do not receive such calls. Very disappointed one got through.
I was receiving calls from this number a few months back when I hung up on the guy when he told me i had inquired about schooling - I did not. Today this number has started calling back, 3 times within a few hours.
I dont know how or where these people are getting my number, but this is not the only one
