Emergency message from Maywood, NJ about storm conditions

Bergen County Office of Emergency Management called about power outages and down wires due to the recent storm. Left a message to explain when power should be restored.

called at 3AM

call came in at 2:17AM rang three times  woke me up,what annoyed me was there was no message or no person at the other end,i am still up and just located who called it was emergency warning but i never got the message!!!!

got a call from 201 403-2013 pick up and they hang up that was at midnight mar 14/2010
who ever is that sick  person he or she have isssue
