Who called from 2014087007

I just got a phone call from this number telling me that I was approved for a cash loan.  They asked me how much I wanted to borrow and then told me to go on their website and enter my information.  I told them I could not because I was at work and to call me at 8:00 my time when I am home so I can pull up their supposedly web site.  I am going to report them to the local police department.
I get calls from all kinds of people trying to pull scams on me saying they are from some Investigation agency or somewhere else saying I committed a fraud, theft and all other kinds of stuff.  I get nasty right back with them.

just held the phone and then hung up on me

Guy called said I was approved for a $500 loan that I never applied for, then went too telling me too [***] when I told him I was not interested

Called me at work.  Picked up and no one answered.  I yelled "hello" four times and nothing.
